AHC Greater Baltimore, a developer of affordable housing communities in the Greater Baltimore region, is actively seeking affordable housing community development opportunities, according to director Andrew M. Vincent.
“We are looking to expand our portfolio of affordable housing communities that now includes six properties with more than 1,000 apartments,” Vincent said. “Additionally, we are on the development team of O’Donnell Heights that recently broke ground on the first phase of this multi-year project.”
The majority of the AHC Greater Baltimore affordable housing communities are now in Baltimore and also Baltimore County.
“We are interested in learning of development opportunities in Anne Arundel, Harford, Howard and Cecil counties as well as in Baltimore and Baltimore County, of course,” Vincent said. “Ideally, the opportunities are for projects with at least 100 units.”
