Two top executives from the region’s investment and aviation sectors were elected to the board of directors of the Greater Baltimore Committee.
New members of the GBC board of directors are John M. Belcher, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, ARINC Incorporated; and Brian C. Rogers, Chairman of the Board and Chief Investment Officer, T. Rowe Price Group.
John Belcher came to ARINC in 1997 as President and Chief Operating Officer, and in 2002 was appointed Chief Executive Officer of ARINC Incorporated. In 2004, he was also named Chairman. Belcher has more than 30 years of experience in the aviation, information technology, and defense industries. Brian C. Rogers is Chairman of the Board and Chief Investment Officer of T. Rowe Price Group. In addition, Brian manages several of the firm’s major separate account portfolios and also serves as President and Chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee of the $21 billion Equity Income Fund. Rogers has 27 years investment experience, 24 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. He earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Harvard Business School.
