ARTcetra 1st Annual Art Auction Fundraiser at Coppin State University offers fine art and entertainment

Coppin State University Helene Fuld School of Nursing, Maryland’s No. 1 source of minority baccalaureate and graduate prepared nurses, presents an exclusive art benefit auction on April 25 at the newly-opened Health and Human Services building on Coppin’s campus. Complimenting the evening’s bidding will be a star-studded reception with an intimate jazz performance by Alonzo Morris.

ARTcetra offers distinguished works by prominent artists including Larry “Poncho” Brown, Charles Bibbs, Paul Goodnight, Joyce Scott, Carl Clark and various others.

The Silent and Live Auctions contain approximately 50 pieces of artwork, including originals, reproductions, wearable art, photography, premier gifts.

Auction proceeds support the programs and students of the Helene Fuld School of Nursing; and the School ‘s efforts to decrease the State’s nursing shortage ARTcetra supporters in attendance will include internationally renowned artists Charles Bibbs and Baltimore’s own Larry “Poncho” Brown.
