Emily J. Alt, an attorney with Ballard Spahr LLP, has been elected to the board of the Baltimore Conservatory Association.
The Baltimore Conservatory Association supports the mission, exhibits and programs of the Howard Peters Rawlings Conservatory and Botanic Gardens in Druid Hill Park. The nonprofit organization promotes and raises funds for the five-building facility and 1.5-acre garden.
Alt is an associate in Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department and a member of the Real Estate Development and Real Estate Finance Groups. She represents lenders and borrowers in various aspects of multifaceted real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, leasing and financing.
