Baltimore Business Review debuts

In partnership with the Baltimore CFA Society, Towson University’s College of Business and Economics has published the inaugural edition of Baltimore Business Review (BBR), which focuses on Maryland’s business opportunities.

The BBR presents the local insight of portfolio managers while leveraging the resources of Towson University’s College of Business and Economics. Its mission is to point out promising regional opportunities for students, business professionals and employers. Among the topics addressed in the first issue are: “Value Investing or Investing for Value,” “How is China’s Growth Creating Opportunities in Maryland,” “Seeing Green in the Baltimore Economy” and “Baltimore Metro Employment and Housing Overview.”

The Baltimore CFA Society (BCFAS) has 600+ members committed to lifelong learning in matters related to the capital markets, while advocating ethical conduct with regard to investments and financial management.

The College of Business and Economics at Towson University offers a premier applied and comprehensive undergraduate and graduate business education. Programs are designed to prepare students to assume responsible leadership positions in a variety of professional and organizational settings.
