BCCC seeks nominations for distinguished alumni awards

Baltimore City Community College is currently accepting nominations from all members of the community, including alumni from BCCC predecessor institutions the New Community College of Baltimore, Community College of Baltimore and Baltimore Junior College, for its Distinguished Alumni Awards.

Nominations must be made in any of three categories-Humanitarian, Business Leadership and Lifetime Achievement-and will be accepted from or on behalf of BCCC alumni. All members of the BCCC community, current and former employees, faculty and students are eligible to submit nominations. Self-nominations will also be considered. Three nominees will be selected to receive awards. Distinguished alumni will be recognized at a reception and ceremony where their photographs will be unveiled on the college’s Alumni Wall of Honor. Current BCCC faculty, staff, trustees or Foundation Board members are not eligible to receive the award.
