BCCC will provide free preventive dental care to seniors

The Dental Hygiene program at Baltimore City Community College is offering free preventive care dental services to seniors 62 and over, Oct. 26-30, at its state-of-the-art Dental Hygiene Clinic on the first floor of the Life Sciences Building, Liberty Campus, 2901 Liberty Heights Ave. The free services are provided each year in celebration of Senior Week and National Dental Hygiene Month.

Appointments are necessary and will be taken for Oct. 26, 1-5 p.m.; Oct. 27, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m.; Oct. 29, 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1-5 p.m.; and Oct. 30, 1-5 p.m. No appointments will be taken for Oct. 28. Due to limited space, walk-ins cannot be seated.

Each senior dental session includes an oral cancer exam, X-rays, cleaning and fluoride treatment, all at no charge to the patient.
