BOPA Announces End-of-Summer Extravaganza for Labor Day Weekend

August 25, 2021

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) announces Baltimore’s End-of-Summer Extravaganza — “Fall Back Safely” — sponsored by the Mayor and City of Baltimore and produced by BOPA with support from Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore at the Inner Harbor Amphitheatre & Promenade on September 5, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. culminating in a 15-minute fireworks display at 8:30 p.m.

To enhance the “Fall Back Safely” theme, BOPA is exploring a partnership with the Baltimore City Health Department to offer free vaccinations and COVID tests by a local health care facility on site. Face masks and hand sanitizer will also be given out as a reminder to stay safe during the event. Attendees will be encouraged to practice social distancing.
