CCBC welcomes Douglas Riley to its Board of Trustees

Community College of Baltimore County President Sandra L. Kurtinitis welcomes Douglas B. Riley, to the college’s Board of Trustees. The Board maintains general oversight of CCBC. Its responsibilities include adopting rules and regulations for college operations, approving the college budget, considering and approving CCBC’s academic programs, major purchases and long-range plans

Appointed to the CCBC Board of Trustees by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, Riley is a trial lawyer with the Baltimore firm of BaldwinLaw LLC. He has a 40 year history of trying cases and representing appellants in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. A Navy veteran, Riley was commissioned in 1978 and served on active duty from 1980 – 1983 as a JAG officer.
