Check out the following National Travel and + Tourism Week events:

Monday, May 6 – Advocacy Day at City Hall. Join industry leaders as we unveil a special Tourism Matters campaign and celebrate the passage of the Baltimore Tourism Improvement District through City Council.

Can’t join us on May 6? Take advantage of the timely opportunity to thank your City Council for their support of our industry through the passage of the Tourism Improvement District legislation by visiting our Advocacy Action Center.

Wednesday, May 8 – Industry Day of Service & Networking Meet-Up. Join Visit Baltimore (Foundation) and partners from BOPA, City Rec and Parks, MedStar Harbor Hospital to clean, restore and beautify an important gateway into South Baltimore. Volunteer as an individual or with your team – the more hands on deck, the more impact we can make. There are two volunteer shifts (10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 1-4 p.m.) and a complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Baltimore Visitor Center and volunteer site.

Friday, May 10 – Harbor & Light 2nd Fridays. Visit Baltimore welcomes the community to discover a sampling of what the City’s diverse neighborhoods have to offer – all in one place.
