Craig D. Roswell, Managing Partner of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, was recently appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Museum, Inc. in Baltimore.
A lawyer for nearly 25 years, Roswell is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland and earned his law degree from University of Baltimore School of Law. He is currently managing partner of Niles, Barton & Wilmer, LLP, concentrating his practice on commercial litigation, including matters involving business disputes and real estate.
His practice also includes property insurance law, first party and third party insurance coverage matters and the defense of complex general liability claims. Additionally, Roswell practices in the area of bankruptcy and creditor’s rights and alternative dispute resolution. Roswell has been appointed by the Maryland Governor’s Office to serve on the government task force established to study insurance of last resort programs in the state. Roswell practices in the state and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
Roswell is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association’s Property Insurance Law Committee and the Tort Trial and Litigation ADR sections. He is also a member of DRI and the Litigation Counsel of America, and is the Past Board President of St. David’s Day School.
