Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets team of Cristopher Abramson, Brian Kruger and Nicholas Signor and the Industrial Brokerage team of Matthew Laraway, McLane Fisher and Jon Casella coordinated the disposition of the property on behalf of the seller, Alliance Partners HSP, a private real estate investment and operating company.
2209 Sulphur Spring Road is a recently redeveloped 313,000-square-foot industrial facility with excellent proximity to I-95, I-695 and Route 1. The property features a 20-foot ceiling height, new fencing, a new roof, T5 fluorescent lighting, 33 dock doors and 100 industrial trailer spaces.
