Greater Baltimore Committee president and CEO Donald C. Fry has begun writing a monthly business column in the Daily Record. His first column appeared in the newspaper’s October 24 statewide edition.
Fry will write about issues that impact Maryland’s business climate and quality of life. A former state legislator and acknowledged expert on public policy issues ranging from transportation to fiscal issues at both state and local levels, Fry serves as a leading voice for business in directing the work of the GBC, whose mission is to strengthen the business climate and quality of life in the Baltimore region and the state.
Other Fry commentaries can also be heard twice a month on WYPR-FM during morning drive time. He also hosts Issues and Answers, the Comcast Network’s half-hour program on Maryland politics and public policy, which airs Sundays at 9:30 p.m.
