Carl Kampel, CPA, and Kimberly Fusco from the Audit, Accounting, and Consulting Department, and Susan Keller, from the Tax Department, were recently featured speakers on accounting for not-for-profit organizations at a program supported by the Board Diversity Apprentice Project. Their program, which focused on “Accounting and Fiscal Controls” also included discussions on internal controls over financial reporting; the Form 990 and other tax-related matters; and the relationship between an accountant, the board and management of not-for-profit organizations.
Trevor McEvoy, CPA, and Zachary Bromwell have been promoted to Senior in the Audit, Accounting, and Consulting Department. Their major responsibilities include financial reporting for privately held businesses, not-for-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.
