Join the Greater Baltimore Committee for its annual Economic Outlook Conference, which this year will focus on “The Future of Work” and the impact of artificial intelligence, robots in the workplace and their interaction with human workers, attitudes of Gen Z workers and how we are educating the workforce for the jobs of the future.
Hear from:
Dr. Roger Casey, President of McDaniel College, will focus on “Gen Z: How They Differ from Millennials and Baby Boomers.” Dr. Casey will discuss characteristics of the Gen Z workforce and how it will interact with the current workforce.
Allison Horn, Managing Director, Learning and Leadership Development for Accenture, will focus on “The Demand for Artificial Intelligence and its Impact in the Workplace.” Horn will talk about the digital revolution and the future workforce.
David S. Mitchell, Associate Director, Policy and Market Solutions for The Aspen Institute Financial Security Program, will focus on “The Changing Wage and Benefit Programs.” Mitchell will discuss how wages and benefits packages will change and the financial impact of the future workforce.
