The Mid Atlantic Medical Neighborhood Forum will be from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, at the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center at the National Harbor in Prince George’s County.
The day-long event will include presentations by national experts from NCQA, The Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) and community stakeholders who are helping to shape the new Medical Neighborhood. Presentations and discussions will highlight collaboration between health care providers, health care delivery systems, employers, community organizations, technology providers and consumers.
The early registration price of $150 is available until Sept. 1, when it will increase to $199.
