Apprenticeship 101

  • November 14, 2022
    3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Apprenticeship 101 will provide insight on how apprenticeship can play a strong role in recruitment, retention, and other workforce development strategies. This informative webinar will help employers understand the elements of a successful apprenticeship implementation. Attendees will hear from leaders at Howard Community College and AT&T on how they worked together to create the model that has helped AT&T attract and retain a strong talent pipeline.

In honor of National Apprenticeship Week, November 14-20, Greater Baltimore Committee and Humanim invite employers to learn more about the value of apprenticeship through a series of regional, collaborative events. Our programming will raise awareness, inspire engagement, and connect employers to regional support providers to aid in the successful implementation of youth, pre, registered, and non-traditional apprenticeships.
