Thank you for your interest in the GBC’s Baltimore Women’s Advisory Board’s (BWAB) event, The Great Re-Imagining: An Opportunity to Reflect, Connect and Reimagine Our Roles in Shifting Workplace Culture. The event is currently at capacity, if you would like to be added to the waitlist please email Tara Harris at tarah@gbc.org by September 28th at noon.

The COVID-19 Pandemic. Racial Reckoning. Political Polarization. Employee Activism and Resistance. The past two years have created significant changes in the workplace. As leaders, we must create space for ongoing reflection and reimagining in order to fully own our roles creating the change we want to see.

Join the Baltimore Women’s Advisory Board (BWAB) and guest moderator Brittany Janay for a dynamic discussion regarding the state of the workplace, community, and collective well-being. Together through interactive dialogue and engaging activities we will go on a journey to:

  • Reflect on how the workplace and well-being has been impacted over the past two years
  • Unlearn and/or learn to better align our intentions for more safe and equitable workplaces
  • Reimagine workplace cultures that prioritize humanity and well-being

“In the bigger scheme of things the universe is not asking us to do something, the universe is asking us to be something. And that’s a whole different thing.” — Lucille Clifton, Poet Laureate of Maryland (1936-2010)
