Many of us want to set goals but fear not reaching them. Goal-setting can be challenging. It can make us feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. What if they’re set too high, leading to failure? What if they’re set too low and are too easily achieved, leading to a lack of progress? This workshop covers the goal-setting process from A-to-Z. It will help business leaders and professionals at any level feel prepared, optimistic and up to any challenges that 2021 may bring!

Chris McDonell is President of McDonell Consulting Group, a licensed Sandler Training center based in Baltimore. McDonell, who has more than 25 years of experience in sales and executive leadership, has worked throughout the U.S. for leading financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and The Associates. McDonell has been with Sandler Training since 2008 and has formed long-term partnerships with small and large companies.
