Success Stories from Untapped Talent Pools

  • November 15, 2022
    11:30 am - 1:00 pm

As widespread staffing issues make headlines, companies look for new ways to address their labor shortages. This virtual session spotlights how employers successfully identify non-traditional candidates, as well as why they’ve created opportunities to include them in their recruiting strategies. These “hidden pipelines” are supported by service organizations from around the region dedicated to helping employers on-board new hires successfully.

In honor of National Apprenticeship Week, November 14-20, Greater Baltimore Committee and Humanim invite employers to learn more about the value of apprenticeship through a series of regional, collaborative events. Our programming will raise awareness, inspire engagement, and connect employers to regional support providers in place to aid in the successful implementation of youth, pre, registered, and non-traditional apprenticeships.
