Executive Alliance opens applications for recognition of women’s representation in leadership of organizations in Maryland

Executive Alliance, which promotes women leaders in Maryland, offers Maryland-based organizations the opportunity to self-nominate for inclusion in the Honor Roll.  This award recognizes organizations leading the way in placing women in board seats and in executive leadership positions. To qualify as an Honor Roll organization, women must occupy at least 30% of board seats AND C-Suite executive roles. Executive Alliance has tracked the number of women serving as directors and in executive leadership positions in public companies in Maryland since 2007 through our Census Report.  The Honor Roll publicly recognizing those organizations meeting the leadership criteria set out in the Census Report. Last year, the Honor Roll was expanded from public companies to include a limited group of private sector and non-profit organizations.

This year, all private companies and non-profits with executive leadership teams and a board may apply for the designation through the Executive Alliance website.
