Forty-three community organizations receive PNC Bank Neighborhood Grants

Mayor Sheila Dixon and the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts announce the recipients of the PNC Bank Neighborhood Grant Program. The program provides financial assistance to qualified neighborhood associations and community-based nonprofit groups that continue to build the communities they serve. The awarded grants enable organizations to produce special events that strengthen neighborhoods and engage residents. Cash grants in the amounts of $200 to $1,000 are awarded to fund various activities including festivals, parades, health fairs and more. The program is generously sponsored by PNC Bank.
