Fred Wolf III, a partner in the Baltimore office of the law firm Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the United Way of Central Maryland.
United Way of Central Maryland coordinates charitable and volunteer campaigns in five counties and Baltimore City for more than 800 local employers and distributes vital funds to more than 1,200 nonprofit organizations.
Wolf is a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department and a member of the firm’s Housing, Public Finance and Transactional finance groups. He also works with the firm’s Economic Stabilization and Recovery Initiative. Wolf concentrates his practice in representing public and private institutions and individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing debt and equity financings.
