Hord Caplan Macht expands presence in Pennsylvania with strategic hire

Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. (HCM), an architecture and landscape architecture firm, is pleased to announce Chris Elnicki, AIA has joined the firm as principal.

Over the past several years, HCM has made several strategic hires to grow its multi-discipline design business. With Elnicki on board, HCM is expanding their presence in Pennsylvania and plans to open an office there in the near future.

“Chris’ effective leadership and project management skills have enabled him to deliver successful school projects for a wide range of clients,” said HCM Education Studio Principal Peter Winebrenner, AIA, LEED AP. “We are tremendously enthusiastic about blending his talent with our existing team and growing our practice into the Pennsylvania market.”

Elnicki, a senior designer with specialized experience in K-12 schools, was most recently with DLR Group in their Philadelphia office. Projects designed under his leadership include four additions and renovations for the School District of Lancaster and a new elementary school for the Springford (PA) School District.
