Hord Coplan Macht honored by Home Builders Association of Maryland

Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. (HCM), a full-service architecture and landscape architecture firm, is pleased to announce two of its projects have been granted Community Development Awards of Excellence from The Land Development Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland.

The Land Development Council Award of Excellence program offers recognition to development projects that are sensitive to the community and make appropriate use of existing natural elements.

The two projects honored were:
• The Green at Rolling Road — a new, 93-unit apartment building in Baltimore County, Md. located near commercial, medical and recreational spaces making it an ideal location for seniors aging in place.
• Chapel Greens — an urban revitalization and infill development program in Baltimore City consisting of new apartments and townhouses as well as rehabilitated row houses.
