Include Software, the creator of an innovative business management software line including Asset, Censeo and Asset G9, recently purchased a 3,290 square foot office condo at Annapolis Towne Centre in Annapolis, Md. The firm is the first to settle in the 47,000 square foot class A office condominium building located at the heart of the $500 million, mixed-use Greenberg and Gibbons’ development.

The 21-year old Maryland-based company, which earned initial acclaim for the development of Asset, a sophisticated software package designed to manage the diverse business operations of landscapers, contractors and landscape architects, now provides software solutions to businesses of all sizes and industry throughout the U.S and Canada.

Nanette Seven, Vice President of Include Software, cited Annapolis Towne Centre’s desirable location and amenities as primary reasons for the move.

“A great work environment is critical to our mission at Include Software,” said Seven. “Our new headquarters at Annapolis Towne Centre is easily accessible, within walking distance to countless restaurants, stores, and other professional services, and offers the high quality of life that is attractive to young professionals. We look forward to growing our business here.”
