Inna Kolomiytsev, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Niles, Barton & Wilmer LLP, was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors of the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy, a nonprofit environmental organization focused on waterway restoration, land preservation and environmental educational programs in Maryland. Previously, she served as a Communications and Marketing Board Adviser assisting in developing website and communication strategies.
As a member of the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy Board of Directors, Kolomiytsev will work closely with the organization to continue to educate and mobilize people and resources to preserve and restore the lands and waterways of the Gunpowder River Watershed through communication and marketing strategies, corporate and community partnerships, as well as by tackling membership growth and fundraising initiatives.
Since 2015, she has assisted staff and the Board in developing website, media relations and communication strategies, event planning for annual fundraisers, corporate sponsorships and updating marketing collateral.
Kolomiytsev is an entrepreneurial marketing and business development professional with 10 years of experience leading marketing and communications initiatives in a variety of professional services industries. She earned an MBA in international business from Loyola University Maryland in 2010, and a bachelor’s in business communications from Stevenson University in 2008.
The Gunpowder Valley Conservancy serves to promote conservation and preservation of waterways and land of Baltimore, Carroll and Harford Counties in Maryland through environmental programs, community outreach, and education. For more information, click here.
