Inner City Capital Connections

Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) is a tuition-free executive leadership training program designed by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City to help business owners in under-resourced communities build capacity for sustainable growth in revenue, profitability and employment. ICCC is returning to Baltimore for the fourth consecutive year in 2021 with the support of Kaiser Permanente and in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business.

Applications are now open!

Ideal candidates are:

  • At least 2 years in operation
  • Small-medium sized independent for-profit or non-profit corporations, partnerships or proprietorships
  • Owned and operated by persons of color and/or women
  • Located in or primarily hire from communities facing economic injustice in Greater Baltimore, DC or Suburban Maryland, or Northern Virginia
