MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in leasing, sales and tenant advisory, is proud to announce the promotion of Lacey O’Neil to vice president.
O’Neil specializes in commercial sales and leasing in the Baltimore/Washington Corridor and surrounding areas. With over six years of experience, she has represented a diverse range of clients including Bon Secours Health Systems, Inc., the Baltimore County Board of Education, The American Urological Association, Greenebaum & Rose Associates, Proteus Technologies, and Praxis Engineering Technologies.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, O’Neil worked for Stonehaven Hedge Fund Advisory as an institutional sales associate in their New York City office. O’Neil also worked in the finance industry as a securities broker prior to her work at Stonehaven. O’Neil’s financial and sales background brings a valuable understanding of the issues most critical for landlords and tenants in the industry.
O’Neil, a resident of Annapolis, is a graduate of Notre Dame Prep School and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), AFCEA, and the Fort Meade Alliance.
