MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is proud to welcome Donald Schline, formerly with Manekin LLC, to their Investment Sales practice. As a senior investment sales advisor with MacKenzie, Schline will specialize in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in Maryland, and advise clients on investment strategies, value maximization and asset stabilization.
With more than eight years of commercial real estate investment sales experience and completed transactions valued more than $450 million, Schline is an excellent addition to MacKenzie’s Investment Team. He has represented numerous institutions, REITs, advisors, and high-net-worth individuals in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant, multi-tenant, sale lease-back and owner-occupied commercial real estate and has represented an impressive portfolio of firms including TA Associates Realty, Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, First Potomac Realty, COPT, Security Development Corporation, Harley Davidson of Maryland, Howard County Government, Alex Brown Realty, AMB Properties Corp., and PNC Bank.
Schline, a graduate of Gilman School, holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance from the Loyola College Sellinger School. Prior to working at Manekin LLC, Don worked as a Nasdaq market maker for North Coast Securities/Morgan Fuller Capital, in San Francisco, CA.
