Mark Milleker is an innovative human capital leader with expertise in driving organizational development, transformation and change. Milleker has a proven track record for leading human resources initiatives and efforts to improve organizations. He is a proactive and efficient executive with an aptitude for designing strategic programs. At Mindgrub, Milleker will work closely with the Leadership team to execute on human capital and talent management strategies with a focus on employee engagement, talent acquisition, employee retention, performance management, employee and leader learning and development, career progression, total rewards and communication.
Milleker brings a broad business background with over 20 years of HR leadership and business operations experience. Most of his career has been working with large and small technology and consulting companies in Northern Virginia. As a native Baltimorean, he holds a Master’s degree in Business from Johns Hopkins University, Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Radford University and an Advanced Certificate in Employee Relations Law from Cornell University.
