Pandemics. Natural Disasters. Terrorist Attacks. In a public health or safety crisis, Maryland citizens — your employees, customers and constituents — will be looking to you.

Will you be prepared to lead effectively no matter what the crisis?
Will you have the connections you need to link into critical resources and information?

The Meta-Leadership Summit for Preparedness is a learning and networking experience designed to empower business, government and nonprofit leaders to collaborate in times of crisis.

The dynamic curriculum was designed by Harvard University faculty to develop “meta-leaders.” Meta-leaders are individuals who reach beyond traditional boundaries to mobilize people and organizations to collaborate effectively.

• Learn skills necessary to act promptly and wisely in an emergency
• Connect with other leaders from the business, government and nonprofit sectors who can provide critical information, expertise and resources
• Identify cross-sector partnerships that can be leveraged before, during and after a crisis
• Begin to define the critical resources that your organization or sector could provide during an emergency
