MKS&H announces new name for organizational development practice

McLean, Kohler, Sparks and Hammond (MKS&H) is pleased to announce a name change for our organizational development and human resource practice. Formally known as Tandem Partners, it will now be MKS&H People.

The name transformation is reflective of our firm moving toward aligning our consulting services, under the enterprise company’s name and business model. We will continue to provide the services and the high-level of attention to your human capital needs our clients have come to expect.

MKS&H’s principal and client service director, Gib Mason, will oversee the alignment and the group moving forward. He brings 28 years of experience in organizational stewardship and cultural development to this area of our firm.

“MKS&H has been serving the Baltimore and Washington, D.C. areas for over 60 years,” said Kathy Davis, MKS&H managing partner. “Building on this established brand recognition is a powerful opportunity to cultivate awareness for a critical part of everyone’s business – People.”

At this time, we invite interested parties to also visit our Web site to view the new look and review the current service offerings.
