New book on intellectual property authored by WTP lawyers

Whiteford, Taylor & Preston lawyers have written a new book titled Intellectual Property for Nonprofit Organizations and Associations, which is now the definitive publication in the field.

Jeff Glassie, Eileen Morgan Johnson and Dana Lynch, partners with WTP, are co-editors of the new book, published by the American Society of Association Executives and released at the ASAE convention in Dallas, August 11-15. The book is available in print or e-book form for $49.95 (members) or $62.95 (non-members) through ASAE.

Other Whiteford lawyers contributing to the book were Megan Spratt, Joe Morales and Eric Altman. All author royalties go to the ASAE Foundation.

The firm is proud to have this new, innovative publication produced by the nonprofit and intellectual property lawyers with the firm. Our Nonprofit Organizations & Associations group, based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, is one of the largest in the nation and represents trade and professional associations, charities, continuing care retirement communities, hospitals, religious organizations, and schools and universities.

Our Intellectual Property group, based in Baltimore, is one of only 25 firms ranked “Tier One” nationally by U.S. News & World Report.
