The World Trade Center Institute (WTCI), the state of Maryland and Legg Mason will be hosting Embassy Night: Showcasing Global Markets and Business Success on October 4 at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
Now in its 24th year, WTCI’s Annual Embassy Program is one of largest congregations of embassy officials and industry leaders in the northeast. The event aims to provide elite connections between the region’s key decision makers, high level executives, ambassadors and senior embassy representatives, setting the stage for immediate and long term global relationships.
Embassy Night features a breakout session on “Imports and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety System”, a VIP ambassadors’ dinner, two international receptions and a “Top Growing Global Markets” presentation that honors 2012’s country/company connections. Attendees will get the inside scoop and build on the successful learning of such notable organizations as ARINC, Stanley Black and Decker, Linet America, Jhpiego, BWI, RTI, Alliance Biosciences, Kennedy Krieger Institute, BD Diagnostics, Johns Hopkins medicine International along with 30-plus international markets, including Belgium, Brazil, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, Kuwait, The Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and more.
Event proceeds will benefit WTCI’s International Visitors Program, described by ambassadors as one of the most effective foreign policy tools of American diplomacy. It is strongly suggested guests reserve their seats early as this is a sell-out dinner.
