Roland Park Place announces promotions and new hires

Roland Park Place is pleased to announce the promotion of several of its longtime staff members as well as recent hires.

Becki Bees, former Director of Marketing, has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Community Life. She will oversee marketing/sales, dining services, public relations, independent living programs, fitness and chaplaincy. Bees is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned a Master of Arts degree in the Management of Aging Services at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). She has been with the organization for 12 years.

Trisha Heil, former executive assistant, has been promoted to Senior Executive Assistant and will provide organization-wide support for communications as well as supervising the RPP Administration Office. She attended the Community College of Baltimore County, studying business administration and management. She also received her Certified Administrative Professional designation from the International Association of Administrative Professionals in 2016.

Darren McDonnell, former marketing assistant, has been promoted to Marketing Associate. He will assist in the sales and promotion of Roland Park Place. Darren has over ten years’ experience in senior living serving as director of activities. He graduated from Towson University with a business degree and minor in theater.

Bill O’Brien, former controller, has been promoted to Director of Finance and will oversee the finance department and medical billing process. He is a graduate of  the University of Baltimore with a degree in accounting and has more than 30 years experience in financial management.

Jamie Ujvari, former senior accountant, has been promoted to Account Manager. She has an accounting degree from Shenandoah University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She has been with Roland Park Place for nine years, improving the organization’s payroll, accounts payable and financial reporting processes.

New Hires

Reginald Stephens has been hired as RPP’s Director of Dining. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the hotel industry serving as a Director of Food and Beverage. A graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology, he has worked in various senior living capacities, most recently as a national director with Holiday Retirement. He will bring innovative concepts and superior levels of hospitality and service to Roland Park Place.
