Saint Agnes Hospital announced Sept. 10 the appointment of four new members to its Healthcare Board of Directors. Carlos S. Ince, Jr., MD, ScM, FACC; A. Gregory Kelly, Jr.; James B. Sellinger; and Charles G. Tildon, III will join Board Chair, Barbara Bozzuto and 14 other board members in ensuring a continued focus on the hospital’s mission, formulating policy, and engaging in strategic planning.
Carlos S. Ince, Jr. MD, ScM, FACC is a partner at MidAtlantic Cardiovascular Associates, P.A.. Additionally, he is co-director of Saint Agnes’ non-invasive laboratory and a cardiologist at the hospital. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from Duke University and completed his Cardiology Fellowship, Internal Medicine Internship and Internal Medicine Residency at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital. Dr. Ince is currently a member of both the Coppin State University School of Nursing and MidAtlantic Cardiovascular Associates’ Board of Directors. Dr. Ince is the past President of the Saint Agnes Medical Staff and is currently president of the National Association of Black Cardiologists. Dr. Ince resides in Reisterstown, MD.
A. Gregory Kelly, Jr. is currently the managing partner of Acadine Ventures, LLC, a Maryland-based accounting and financial consulting firm to start-up, emerging and mid-market companies. Kelly has over 20 years of accounting, auditing and financial consulting experience, focused primarily on companies in the for-profit healthcare and life sciences, industrial, consumer markets, information and communications industry sectors. Kelly is a member of the AICPA and is a member of numerous trade organizations in and around Maryland. Additionally, Kelly has served on committees for the Maryland High Technology Council, the Greater Baltimore Technology Council, and the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) Program. He resides in Ellicott City, Maryland.
James B. Sellinger is Vice President of Technical Sales Support at IBM Americas and has been an integral part of the organization since 1978. An active member in the Baltimore community, Sellinger currently serves as a member of the Greater Baltimore Committee Board of Directors, Stevenson University President’s Advisory Council, and the United Way of Central Maryland. Sellinger was Chairman of the United Way of Central Maryland Annual Campaign in 1995 and 2005. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the United Way 2000-2001. He is a resident of Lutherville, Maryland.
Charles G. Tildon, III currently serves as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the United Way of Central Maryland, where he oversees the marketing and communication efforts for one of the fastest growing United Ways in the country. Tildon currently serves as a member of several organizations’ board of directors including the CollegeBound Foundation, The First Tee of Baltimore, and Civic Works. Additionally, he is a board member and chair of the multicultural marketing committee for the Baltimore Area Convention and Visitors Association (BACVA). Tildon resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
