Stevenson University invites interested nurses to Creative Careers in Nursing: Fourth Annual RN to BS Symposium April 21 at 6 p.m. in Rockland Center on Stevenson’s Owings Mills campus. The evening will feature a panel discussion, “Building Careers in Nursing Leadership, Management, and Education.”
Attendees will learn more about career options from leading experts in their fields and how Stevenson’s accelerated online RN to BS program can advance their careers. Stevenson will also share information about its new Master of Science in Nursing program with concentrations in education and leadership/management. Light fare will be provided.
Stevenson University offers the RN to BS Option for registered nurses who have successfully completed prerequisite coursework and college core requirements and would like to obtain a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Registered nurses with active, unencumbered Maryland or compact state nursing licenses are automatically awarded 30 college credits.
The program is accredited by Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) and National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).
The RN to BS Symposium is free, but advanced registration is requested. For information or to register, contact Angela Scagliola at (443) 352-4243.
