Michelle Kim, administrative manager of Synergy Physical Therapy, sited Maple Lawn’s strategic location, growing day and night-time population, nearby amenities, and the opportunity to own their own space in a new building as reasons for the medical firm’s investment.
“Located in the fastest growing part of Howard County, between Baltimore and Washington, D.C, and only 10 minutes from Howard County General Hospital, the Maple Lawn Community is a sought after location for medical practices,” said
Maple Lawn is home to a diverse array of firms including Raytheon/Solipsys Corporation, KCI Technologies, Harris Teeter, Lincoln Financial, Chesapeake Urology, M&T Bank, Calico Corners, Pangia Technologies, and Looney’s Pub. The community offers a unique blend of corporate, professional, retail, and medical services and provides a richly supportive environment for medical practices seeking expansion opportunities.
“Our new office at Maple Lawn is convenient for our current patients who appreciate the easily accessible location and nearby amenities,” said Kim. “The residential component of the development has also helped us attract new clients. We look forward to expanding our business as the Maple Lawn community continues to earn popularity in the region,” she added.
