Marylanders may only leave their homes for essential work or urgent medical care, to get food or prescriptions or for other “absolutely necessary” reasons, Gov. Larry Hogan said March 30  under a new “stay-at-home” directive to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Maryland Reporter: Hogan orders residents to stay home effective 8:00 on March 30

Gov. Larry Hogan on March 30 ordered Marylanders to stay at home unless they are going out for essential services such as buying food or medicine, or seeing a doctor. Hogan said the order will go into effect at 8 p.m March 30.
