TBC, Inc. wins five new business accounts in 2016

Agency adds prominent national and regional companies to client roster

TBC, Inc., a Baltimore-based, fully integrated advertising and public relations firm is marking an unprecedented year in the agency’s history in terms of new business growth. Since January, the firm has been retained in various capacities by national brand McCormick & Company as well as regional companies Monumental Sports Network, ZIPS Dry Cleaners, MileOne Automotive and Mid-Atlantic Eateries, operator of five Eggspectation restaurants in Virginia and Maryland. Combined, these new clients represent annual billings growth exceeding $15 million.

Among the five new accounts is national household brand McCormick & Company. The iconic spices and flavoring company has engaged TBC as a resource for various corporate creative and social media projects. Regionally, TBC acquired clients in a breadth of industries including, sports media, retail, automotive and food and beverage.

Washington D.C.-based Monumental Sports Network, owned by Monumental Sports & Entertainment, one of the largest integrated sports and entertainment companies in the country, brought on TBC to help launch a new subscription-based video and fan experience platform. TBC is serving as a one-stop shop for the new campaign that involved TBC’s media, creative, social media and public relations teams for a cohesive, streamlined communications program.

TBC has also recently been brought on as agency of record for MileOne Automotive Group, ZIPS Dry Cleaners and Eggspectation’s U.S. franchise group for branding, advertising, creative, digital and media support. In that capacity, the agency is leading media planning, buying and analytics for MileOne as well as implementing a major brand refresh for the MileOne corporate brand and its Heritage Automotive division; it is also developing ZIPS’ new brand advertising campaign that is slated to launch in the first quarter of 2017 while spearheading a new website for Mid-Atlantic Eateries, as well as new advertising creative and media strategy for its five Eggspectation locations.

“This year’s new business growth is a tribute to the fully integrated capabilities TBC possesses as well as a commitment to help our clients take their business to the next level,” said TBC Co-President Howe Burch.

Added Co-President Nichole Baccala, “We are a results-driven agency and clients appreciate that we hold ourselves accountable for their success.”

TBC’s new client acquisitions in 2016 augment an existing client roster across numerous categories including Sears Canada, University of Maryland University College, Hair Cuttery, Visit Baltimore, Connections Education, the Produce Marketing Association, Smyth Jewelers and others.

“TBC has been helping our clients succeed for more than 40 years, and we continue to outpace top players in the industry,” said TBC’s founding partner and Chief Creative Officer, Allan Charles. “Our capabilities provide a huge competitive advantage, allowing our team to nimbly execute across all disciplines.”
