Terri Harrington joins MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC is pleased to announce that Terri Harrington has joined the firm and will be working in MacKenzie’s downtown office. She will be partnering with industry veterans Mark Deering, Chris Bennett, Jim Grieves and Real Estate Advisor Matt Curran in the representation of tenants and landlords throughout Baltimore’s Central Business District and surrounding Baltimore City submarkets. Supported additionally by a strong, I-95 Corridor representation team of Bethany Hobbs and Dave Sciamarelli, MacKenzie’s downtown office continues to expand its market presence and overall offerings to Maryland’s business communities.

With nearly 25 years’ experience, Harrington joins MacKenzie as a Senior Vice President and will continue to advise clients on the latest commercial real estate trends, as well as continue to provide expert analysis of the market. In the past year, Harrington has represented office buildings where some of the most notable transactions in Baltimore have been completed, including MECU at One South Street and RK&K at 111 Market Place. Harrington also worked with the International Youth Foundation and The Daily Record on securing their new office locations in downtown Baltimore over the past year.

She has been consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2009 and was honored as a Maryland Top 100 Woman in 2015.
