WBAL-TV, Shock Trauma and MD Highway Safety Foundation launch “3D Project Dont Drive Distracted” initiative

In a proud partnership with Shock Trauma and the Maryland Highway Safety Foundation, WBAL has launched an incalculably significant initiative; 3D Project – Don’t Drive Distracted. The amount of deaths, in particular teenage deaths, related to distracted driving is a number that continues to grow. As technology advances so does the opportunity for drivers to become distracted while driving. This partnership is determined to make a lasting impact on the safety and well-being of the community in which we live.

WBAL-TV (NBC affiliate) recognizes the power of partnership and is proud to offer an invitation to help make a change. We have developed a sponsorship that will directly help to change a culture and the behavior that continues to take lives by :

• Educating motorists
• Preventing collisions
• Saving lives

Your association with WBAL, the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and the Maryland Highway Safety Foundation will help to emphasize your company name as a good corporate citizen, feature your name in high profile programming on television, web and radio and help send a message to key decision makers, families, legislators and teens.
