Breakfast Briefing with Dr. Roger N. Casey, President, McDaniel College - March 2017

Prices: $25.00 - $25.00

Date: March 9, 2017

Join the Greater Baltimore Committee for a Breakfast Briefing with Dr. Roger N. Casey, President, McDaniel College. President Casey will focus on From Boom to Z: Your Guide to Generational Differences in the Workplace.

Whether talking about how they make their coffee or where they put their money, generations have profoundly different perspectives. Generations differ not only in what music they listen to, but how they actually play it. Such differences can have a profound impact on how different generations approach work—and especially on how they interact with each other when they work together. Dr. Casey has spent years observing the behaviors and interactions of Baby Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials. And now, here comes Generation Z. Are you prepared? Join him to explore generational differences and discuss how to turn such differences into strengths in your organization.
