This month GBC kicks off our partnership with Resonance to establish the Baltimore Region’s economic brand, one of the signature multi-year agenda initiatives. This effort is foundational to the growth and long-term success of our region.
It’s never been more critical for international business, investment, and public policy influencers to have a deep understanding of the Baltimore Region’s economic assets and our shared aspirations.
The initiative is not just a project—it’s a pivotal chance to collaborate with you on shaping our story to support our region’s global economic ambitions and targeted opportunities in innovation, manufacturing, and the creative sector, as outlined in GBC’s All In | 2035 Ten-Year Economic Opportunity Plan.

- A clear and compelling economic narrative about the Baltimore Region. Insights from participants will inform key messages that effectively convey our identity.
- Targeted messaging that aligns with the goals and strategies for inclusive economic growth outlined in GBC’s All In | 2035.
- Visual identity and messaging toolkit: Development of a new regional creative framework and business attraction assets for local expansion and out-of-market domestic and global investment.
- Earned media plan and brand launch strategy: A path to amplify our region’s assets and progress across key sectors.
