GBC Announces Winners of 50th Annual Mayor's Awards
(Baltimore, Md.) – The Greater Baltimore Committee (GBC) and the Baltimore Development Corporation are proud to announce the winners of the 50th Annual Mayor’s Business Recognition Awards, honoring 16 businesses and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional civic leadership and a commitment to improving the quality of life in the Baltimore region.
This milestone year recognizes outstanding contributions across five categories:

“For 50 years, the Mayor’s Business Recognition Awards has provided a platform to showcase the collective impact that the Baltimore Region’s businesses and civic organizations have made in their communities,” said GBC President & CEO Mark Anthony Thomas. “GBC is readying even more platforms for positioning these local entities to contribute to the civic lifeblood of our communities in 2025, and we are phasing out the Mayor’s Awards after this year to set the stage for even greater collaboration in the years to come.”
The winners will be honored at a special ceremony on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Middle Branch Fitness and Wellness Center, 201 Reedbird Avenue, Baltimore MD 21225.
