I began my career more than eight years ago assisting a Founder in managing the day-to-day operations of her business. From there, I moved into roles supporting leaders and teams in achieving organizational goals across a variety of work environments.

Through these experiences, I cultivated an ability to bring organization to moving priorities, create and strengthen systems, anticipate needs, and understand how people and processes work together to support larger goals. I have had opportunities to develop operational systems, coordinate organization-wide initiatives, support board and committee operations, and improve processes that strengthened communication and workflow. These experiences have helped shape how I approach my work today—with an emphasis on thoughtful organization, whole-systems thinking, and creating structures that support both people and progress.

Outside of my professional pursuits and continued growth, I value time with family and community, reading, and exploring new places. My interest in organization also extends beyond my professional work, as I enjoy finding creative ways to make spaces more functional and intentional.
