Kseniya Galayda is Director of Salesforce at the Greater Baltimore Committee, where she leads the organization’s Salesforce platform and data systems, overseeing functionality, data quality, reporting, and process improvement. Her work strengthens the operational infrastructure behind GBC’s regional mission, helping teams use reliable information to deepen member engagement, make informed decisions, and advance strategic priorities.
Galayda brings experience translating organizational needs into practical technology solutions for mission-driven organizations. At GBC, she works across teams to improve how information is collected, maintained, and used, while developing reporting that gives staff and leadership clearer visibility into member engagement and organizational performance. Her approach connects systems management with day-to-day operations, making data more accessible, consistent, and useful.
Before joining GBC, Galayda managed member services and CRM systems for the North Carolina Dental Society, where she developed Salesforce reports, dashboards, and automated workflows supporting membership, fundraising, events, and program delivery. She designed processes that streamlined scholarship applications, patient mediation requests, grants, and enrollment, and created data structures that brought previously disconnected information into a shared, reportable system. Her work also supported membership records, payments, renewals, and coordination between state and national association systems.
Earlier in her career, Galayda developed customer service procedures and operational workflows at Best Pro Services and coordinated grant-funded initiatives at The Parents’ Place of Maryland, supporting compliance tracking and stakeholder reporting. These experiences inform her focus on building systems that respond to the needs of both staff and the communities they serve.
Galayda holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of Baltimore and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Florida State College at Jacksonville. She holds Salesforce certifications in Platform Administration, Platform App Building, and Platform Foundations, and continues her professional development through Salesforce Trailhead, where she has earned Double Star Ranger status.
