Before joining GBC, he held senior global business attraction roles at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, where he supported strategic sector growth, major data center opportunities, and federally aligned investment projects.
His earlier career includes senior diplomatic and trade leadership positions with the Romanian Ministry of Economy and the Romanian Embassies in the United States and the United Kingdom, where he advanced bilateral trade, investment promotion, and market entry strategies. He has also worked successfully on projects connected to federal funding opportunities, including CHIPS and IRA-related programs.
