Henry Villacorta is Senior Manager of Partnerships at the Greater Baltimore Committee, where he leads partner engagement, retention, and revenue generation while overseeing CRM operations and data governance. He designs and implements systems that strengthen partner participation, improve pipeline development and reporting, and ensure alignment between GBC’s partnership strategy and the organization’s broader economic priorities.

He leads CRM data governance and Salesforce migration readiness, maintains the organization’s engagement tracker, and is building a centralized steering committee management system to support stronger coordination across GBC initiatives.
