In this role, she helps ensure that the organization runs smoothly day to day while supporting the high-level governance and coordination that underpin GBC’s regional impact.

Andrulonis leads core operational functions, including project management, process development, and data integrity, with a focus on building and refining systems that make GBC more effective and efficient. A stickler for clean, up-to-date information, she designs and maintains structures that support organization-wide alignment, from internal workflows to shared tools and reporting. She also serves as HR liaison, supporting hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes in close coordination with GBC’s human resources partners.

As Board Liaison, Andrulonis owns the planning and execution of Executive Committee and board meetings, coordinating materials, logistics, and follow-through to ensure leaders have the information they need to make timely, informed decisions. She also serves as a Partnerships Liaison and supports coordination for media interviews, helping ensure GBC is represented with professionalism and clarity across stakeholder interactions.

A lifelong Baltimorean, Andrulonis brings nearly 16 years of prior experience from Johns Hopkins Medicine International, where she served as Support Services Administrator overseeing frontline customer service centers, the international physician travel program, patient accommodation operations, staff onboarding and offboarding, and property and supply management. She also spent a season with Kelly Benefits Payroll in Sparks, Maryland, further deepening her operational and service-oriented background.

Andrulonis holds a degree in Business Management from the University of the People in Pasadena, California. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling to Europe.
